Creating the right type of mental activity is the key вЂ“ because physical & verbal activities are always an offshoot of the mental activity.

Modern psychology corroborates this вЂ“ conscious, sub-conscious & unconscious activities have different proportions вЂ“ with conscious mental activity just a miniscule percentage of the entire mental activities we undertake. So, it is a mistake to expect вЂrightвЂ™ experiences even when we have spoken the right things, did the right things вЂ“ results may not be matching to our definition of вЂrightвЂ™ вЂ“ because we donвЂ™t really and 100% know what drove us to do something at a mental level. Subconscious mental actions вЂ“ that govern 95% of the activity we undergo drives us.

We donвЂ™t measure what we donвЂ™t perceive.

And, remember вЂ“ actions are at three levels вЂ“ physical, verbal & mental. If one has those expectations, then the best suggestion is to focus on making the actions perfect. Therefore having expectations that our experiences are not to our вЂlikingвЂ™ is ridiculous.

Actions we do are never perfect, so experiences are likely to be never perfect.

They can be вЂgoodвЂ™, вЂbadвЂ™, вЂpleasurableвЂ™, вЂpainfulвЂ™.

We also need to clarify what actions & experiences mean.ДЄction arises from three ways вЂ“ physical actions (like walking, grasping, moving, kicking, hitting etc), verbal actions (talk) and mental actions (thoughts).Д®xperiences result from the three type of actions we undertake.

An endless loop вЂ“ like a circle вЂ“ no beginning or no end. Using the football (Soccer) analogy, between two goal posts, actions & experiences, we are like a football being shunted from one goal post to the other. This is known as samsara chakra вЂ“ the wheel of life. Once we are back in our own country, someday the mind can trigger that memory of that experienceвЂ¦.and will create an action in us to experience that again! Let us assume we enjoyed it as well вЂ“ the unique taste, flavor that was difficult to find. Say, we go to a completely new country and eat a new dish that we have never tasted before. This can be best explained with an example: How does experience (вЂeffectвЂ™) now because the cause of action (вЂ™causeвЂ™) to create further experience and so on and so forth? Example, cooking food is an action вЂ“ and we do it to enjoy eating food. So, our actions are the вЂ™causeвЂ™ of our experiences (вЂeffectsвЂ™). Needless to say, we want to experience вЂgoodвЂ™ results (& avoid вЂbadвЂ™ results). We do all our actions (work) to experience results. Tag/tell your support/s and let them know that you would not have been and cannot be who you are without them.ДЄnd do not forget to support someone who wants to fly high too.In short, samsara chakra is above. When we know that in addition to our effort there are other factors responsible for our success, instead of becoming arrogant, we become humble and grateful. We may have the right opportunities (trampoline in this case), but without the support of friends, well-wishers, guides, and the right team, we can only reach a certain height. But itвЂ™s crucial to understand that just our potential and effort wonвЂ™t take us to those heights. We may have the potential to do so and even be willing to put in all the hard work. We all want to fly high and be at the top of whatever we do.
